Most recently, David was the President of Nationwide Financial’s sales and distribution organization, where he delivered strong operating results, growing it from $11B to $17.8B in profitable revenue, consistently exceeding P&L targets. Giertz successfully lead the wholesale strategy and distribution of Private-Sector Retirement Plans, Life Insurance, Annuities, Specialty Markets, and Mutual Funds through Banks, Independent Broker/Dealers, Regional Firms, Wirehouses, IMOs, & RIAs.

A Certified Business Coach with WABC, he achieved a world-class Gallup associate engagement score, increasing it from 4.41 to 4.63, which represents the 87% percentile and an 83:1 engaged to disengaged employee ratio. Additionally, he encouraged a culture of coaching by certifying 100+ leaders as Business Coaches.

Beginning in 2004, David lead the Financial Institutions Bank channel. In 2009, his channel expanded to include the Wirehouse distribution channel. During his tenure he grew revenue from $1.5B to $8B.

David joined Nationwide in 1999 as a Regional Vice President based in Miami, FL where he increased revenue by 48% in the Southeast Territory, comprised of 7 states and Puerto Rico.

Prior to coming to Nationwide, David spent a decade at Citigroup, where his career began as a Financial Services Advisor, progressed to Area Director, and he was ultimately promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales where he consistently exceeded corporate goals.

David has been involved with a number of community organizations including former positions as the Chair of Board of Trustees with Millikin University. He also chaired the Budget and Finance committee there during his 9-year tenure. Additionally, he is an industry arbitrator with FINRA. In the past, David has also served on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Broward County and the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. He has an MBA from the University of Miami and a BS from Millikin University.

Seth Leavitt, the CEO and Partner of Abeles and Heymann (A & H), the venerable Kosher Hot Dogs, Deli and Provisions company in the U.S. joins Enterprise Radio.  In 1997, Seth Leavitt bought the iconic Abeles and Heymann, which was founded in 1954 to the Bronx, New York.

Seth Leavitt is the CEO and partner of Abeles and Heymann (A & H), the venerable Kosher Hot Dogs, Deli and Provisions company in the U.S.  In 1997, Seth Leavitt bought the iconic Abeles and Heymann, which was founded in 1954 in the Bronx, New York.

Over the past 20 years, Seth Leavitt has brought his modern vision to the company, moving it from the small 2500 foot facility in the Bronx, New York, to its current 18,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Hillside, New Jersey. Mike Zirinsky is CEO of Manhattan-based CMD, an audio facility which produces Voice-Overs for television and radio. He began his career at American Express Financial Advisors as a Financial Advisor (CFP) and spent 17 years managing client assets and giving financial advice. During this time, Zirinsky and three partners developed a practice which became one of the largest at the company.

Right after his time at Ameriprise Financial (formerly American Express Financial), Zirinsky changed specialties to audio and he has since been one of the industry leaders.

He grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and graduated from Lafayette College, where he competed as a swimmer and received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance.

Zirinsky lives outside of Philadelphia and is happily married to Kellie.  They have two beautiful children together, Kate & Tanner, and a Maltese named Maisy.  He enjoys skiing with his kids, paddle boarding, surfing, and swimming.

She founded Shevirah Inc. to create product solutions for assessing and managing the risk of mobile devices in the enterprise and testing the effectiveness of enterprise mobility management solutions and is a graduate of the Mach37 cybersecurity accelerator. She is the author of Penetration Testing: A Hands-On Introduction to Hacking from No Starch Press.

She was the recipient of the 2015 Women’s Society of CyberJutsu Pentest Ninja award. She is on the board of advisors of the angel backed security training startup Cybrary and the nonprofit Digital Citizens Alliance and is a member of the CyberWatch Center’s National Visiting Committee.
