Feeling free is also a key part of owning your freedom. Staying in your true feelings no matter what you are going through and staying true to your individual path is so important. 

There is no denying that you are free as a soul. When you don't feel free that can be from the restrictions that you put on yourself to not feel free.😳

Changing your perspective and feeling free no matter what you are going through can be life changing in so many ways.👍🏼🥰 

Growing up I didn't feel free, but what teenager does. 🤔 I would guess not many. Then throughout my life I have felt constricted and not free many times, but that was truly my own making. 

Getting to the point of understanding that it is all about being in my true feelings. Then I can truly feel 100% free as a soul while I am here.🥳🤸🏼‍♀️

In this episode I talk about spiritual regrouping.

What is spiritual regrouping? I share with you some definitions that I found online and what my definition of spiritual regrouping is.

Then I discuss the importance of regrouping your experiences. Whether it be a daily regrouping of how your day went or a regrouping of a bigger event that you went through. The bottom line is that regrouping can help you move past an incident or event.

Getting the bigger picture of what you learned along with the feeling of fulfillment from each regrouping. This can help you feel more secure and relaxed with outcomes from events.

There are many ways to regroup yourself. In this episode I dive into seeing a person as the light they are. I take you on a little visualization to see everyone on the Earth naked.  To see their light. Then redress them and look at the differences. The uniqueness of each soul is beautiful. There is power is getting the bigger picture. In the end it is all about honoring the journey of others and recognizing that we all come here to learn and grow.

A 'soul quake' is an event that creates an opening in your soul and throws you off your pivot.😳
I have had many soul quakes throughout my life and I have had to try and get myself back together to move forward. Having spiritual tools and techniques to help when you encounter and go through a soul quake is crucial. It has to be one of the most important ways to survive because as long as we are on the planet we will go through many soul quakes.

In this episode Teresa shares about how we live in a world full of polarity. The negative and positive vibes are kicking these days, but it isn't anything unusual because they have always been on the planet.

The planet is like a big school and we are here to learn and grow.  Some times the darkest and most negative events bring the biggest learnings and light afterwards.

Teresa shares about recently reading some history books about Kennedy, Jesus, and Crazy Horse. Her take away is that there has always been crazy negative energy events happening during those three time frames. As long as we are on the planet the polarity is going to be happening.

She shares on ways to keep your positive mojo rocking in your day to day life. She shares about how she recently was "processing"(her way of saying she is going through some crapola) and how she shifted her energy by getting outdoors.

In this episode I am going to share on the mirroring that occurred with my home.🏚

As I begin going through the process of having a damaged roof replaced with a new roof, I started feeling something inside of me going on energetically. I checked in with guidance and began regrouping how the homes I have lived in have mirrored where I was at inside and many things that were happening on the outside.

I share in this episode a few of the strange things that happened in my house. How it wasn't until after the fact and a few years later that I was able to look back, regroup, and realize that the house I was living in was mirroring what I was going through inside. It was also mirroring what the other family members were through too, as well as mirroring the upcoming energy of events that were going to be happening to the family.

Being aware of the things that happen inside of your home can be a way to understand how it may be mirroring you.

Do you ever get to a point in your journey and wonder "how did I end up doing this?"
