1. If you have a company or in a leadership position, how do you pay the team members that work with you. Are they incentivized to perform more, similar to Ramsey, or is the same reward no matter how little or hard they work.  If it’s the second, what can you do to start shifting to incentivizing hard work?
2. Dave credits social gatherings as a huge factor in developing camaraderie.  What can you do to have fun with your team and make them feel valued?
