Action items for today.

1. How much do you trust those who work for you? If no one works for you how much do you trust your kids? If you struggle with this the answer will be equal to how much rope you give them to make choices and decisions.  Now, how do you communicate with them how to earn themselves more rope.  For a team, this is delegating more complex tasks. For kids, this can be letting them have more responsibilities and privileges. 
2. Celebrate!  We just finished a book that if applied, can radically improve your life.
