Hello friends of Hive and SWC athletes! Today I bring you a video about my latest frontlever training.
Este último entrenamiento lo realicé en el venoil, ya que quería entrenar en las paralelas el frontlever. Mi rutina fue enfocada en 6 series de combos de frontlever, en diferentes progresiones, para probar la fuerza y la resistencia, estaba un poco por cansado por ser el último día de entreno de la semana, pero aun así me estaban saliendo algunas cosas, probé cosas como las front pull ups, tanto en front como en half y con liga, aguantes y touch en tuck adv, entre algunas series hacia aguantes de planche en tuck adv o tuck y luego de todo termine el entreno como 5 series de 10 o 12 repetitions de pull ups, espero les guste el vídeo!
This last workout I did on the venoil, as I wanted to train the frontlever on the parallel bars. My routine was focused on 6 sets of frontlever combos, in different progressions, to test strength and endurance, I was a little tired because it was the last training day of the week, but still I was getting some things, I tried things like front pull ups, both in front and half and with garter, holds and touch in tuck adv, between some sets I did planche holds in tuck adv or tuck and after all I finished the workout as 5 sets of 10 or 12 repetitions of pull ups, I hope you like the video!
