Paul Kennedy is a professional chef and entrepreneur living abroad. He spent many years working as a chef in New York City until 2018 when Paul embarked on an international journey eventually landing in Hanoi, Vietnam. In this episode, we discuss Paul’s experience traveling alone internationally, how he ended up running a hostel in Vietnam and his passion for Vietnamese cuisine.
