We are on our way home from South France, a 900-mile journey ahead of us, I am still getting to grips with the new car and how it works, but a few charges later and we are doing ok! Just one thing though... Can someone count the number of times I say the word charge in this video? I have lost count already!

I am enjoying a much needed break out on the slopes with my family. Being a CEO has not always got to be about work, family time is just as important.  

After a long wait and many discussions, I finally have my new car, but why is it that I can run million-pound businesses, but I cannot figure out how to turn the lights on? And just when you think that is bad, the car is about to run out of electric and I do not know how the chargers work either... It looks like I have all the gear, but no idea? Let us see how this one end... 

The day has finally come to pick up the new car! But I've just pulled out of the deal... Why? Well, you will have to find out! In the meantime, a company I am extremely interested in has gone into administration... A phone call or two is needed!  

Being an entrepreneur is like being on a roller coaster, the challenges you may face will bring you the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. The idea is to have more highs than lows and that comes from the vision that drives me every day. 

When proven wrong, I am not one to hide it. And I was in-fact proven wrong! But besides that, there is a lot happening at Shrewsbury Prison, the money has finally arrived from the solicitor, and we will soon have ownership of more land! Spring is just around the corner so all hands-on deck to get the weeds pulled and sprayed before they become too overgrown!  The glamorous life of a CEO!

I am finding that as I grow older, my mind is changing. I am more productive in the morning in comparison to how I used to be, where most of my work was done late into the evening.  In this episode, if you listen, you might just learn something! 

It has been a tough few days with so much going on! I have recently stopped to think, am I losing my mind? Stress and Anxiety would like to make me think that anyway! Reducing stress is key, but with so much to do it is not always that easy... 

We have made a substantial change to how we work across the business as we introduce the team to a 4-day working week. It is such a huge step for the business but striking a good life and work balance is so important. There is much more in life then work!

It has come to my realisation that this series is now following me as I build a global brand... Long 12-hour days with much to reflect on, I think Rum in multiple forms is much needed to reset and refocus! And a gym session of course...
