Geetansh is an entrepreneur, CEO and Co-Founder of a Vancouver based startup, WeGo Ridesharing. WeGo helps connect like-minded people going to an event so that people can share their commutes. Geetansh’s vision is to deliver an Expedia like platform, but for daily commutes, where in addition to initiating a connection between people and ensuring a productive commute experience for them, WeGo would also compare taxis, carpooling, car sharing and car renting services to help people make an informed decision about their commutes.

Geetansh is also an Associate at CAVCOE (Canadian Automated Vehicles Centre of Excellence), where he is the Chief Editor of the monthly newsletter and helps promote development of Automated Vehicles (AVs) in Western Canada. He has also earned 3+years of research and software experience in the ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) sector.

Prior to that, Geetansh received his Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati, in 2011 and Master of Science degree from The University of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver, in 2013.
