The journey to lead a healthy life can be long and you’ll need a lot of support along the way in order to be successful. Naturally the person we are in a relationship with is who we will look to the most often for support. The question is, do they support you??

We create time tables in our head that if we work hard for X amount of time we should get a result. Once you get that result, the hard work starts all over again. Consistency is key. That pays off.
