I'd always heard that land was a risky investment- you can't rent it, you can't depreciate it and you never know if it will go up in value. But Mark Podolski puts all those rumors to bed as The Land Geek and he talks about how you can buy land very cheaply and then turn around and sell it dear for fantastic profits. Even better, the system to do it can be mostly outsourced and automated making for a great passive income machine. And I know it works, because I am working with several of his students keeping their books and they are doing the deals just like he says you can!
