That's a question that all of us ask ourselves all the time. Tobi Skovron is a successful entrepreneur at a young age, having founded multiple businesses, including Creative Cubes. He's a father, a husband, and a leader, wearing multiple hats on a daily basis and yet still has the time to get up at 4am to work on himself.

In this episode, we chat with Tobi about how he balances his work life and his personal life, and what he's doing to ensure he leaves behind a legacy for his kids that will make them proud of him.
