Ileana and Rob get together from Guadalajara and Los Angeles, for an important, very personal conversation around the timely topic of “Imposter Syndrome” in entrepreneurship today. They share some private stories from their lives, as both a millennial Latina, and as a Gen X American Dad, and they provide a list of useful tips for you on how to identify and deal with your own struggles.
