John Caubble shares ownership in several businesses across multiple states. He and his wife, Leslie help run an escape room, flight school, construction company, and trampoline park to name a few. He and Leslie relocated to Maui to open Ultimate Air Maui, one of 4 of their park locations. Maui didn't just provide a great market for their park, but it was the perfect place for them to enjoy their empty nest (aside from their well photographed golden retriever, Luke). These two are always up to something and have even launched a podcast called The Aloha 360 about all things Maui through their perspective. And word on the street is that they're on the cusp of starting their second podcast all about aviation, which will complement their next venture Fly Maui (Coming soon).

I loved talking with John for our interview! He's one of those guys that you just know is all about seeing others succeed. John shared his thought on things like:
