Jake Isaacs
Serial Integrator & Mastermind Leader Helping Entrepreneurs Build Resilient Businesses, Unbreakable Teams & Generational Impact
If you are a Host looking to serve business owners, leaders, or entrepreneurs who are overwhelmed trying to grow while juggling life then I am your guy... I’m here to bring clarity.
My name is Jake Isaacs; Serial Integrator, Mastermind Leader, and Co-Founder of Gathering The Kings. GTK helps high-performing entrepreneurs win not just in business, but in marriage, family, health, faith, and lifestyle. I’ve spent over 20 years leading operations across multiple industries and have learned what most business owners eventually discover: more success doesn’t automatically mean more freedom — unless you build it intentionally.
Your audience will gain practical, real-world frameworks they can immediately apply — whether it’s building operational systems that free up their time, developing unbreakable teams that lead without them, or learning how to lead with empathy while still executing at a high level. I share stories, strategies, and mindset shifts that help entrepreneurs simplify growth, create margin, and avoid sacrificing their marriage, health, or family on the altar of business.
We will also explore the unique role community plays in sustaining long-term growth. I’ve seen firsthand how the right relationships, personally and professionally, give business owners the strength to weather life’s storms.
Additional, I help families raise up the next generation of entrepreneurs through Generation Next, providing young people with the business and leadership training they aren't getting in school — something that resonates deeply with parents and business owners alike.
If you’re looking for an interview that blends business growth, leadership, family, faith, and real operational expertise — I’d be honored to serve your audience.

This episode examines the mental frameworks that separate builders from gamblers, emphasizing long-term vision, disciplined decision-making, calculated risk, and resilience in the face of uncertainty. Rather than chasing quick profits, true entrepreneurs prioritize value creation, adaptability, and purpose, understanding that money follows clarity, consistency, and sound judgment. Mindset Before Money challenges listeners to reframe success as an internal discipline first—because before revenue scales, beliefs, habits, and leadership must evolve.

Paul Whitten
NASHVILLE'S ONLY VETERAN OWNED & OPERATED TOUR OPERATOR
I’m a combat veteran, Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, former UK Parliamentary Fellow, and the founder of Nashville Adventures, a walking tour company I built from a $3,600 passion project into a $500K award-winning business in under two years, without outside capital, insider connections, or tourism industry backing.
My journey into entrepreneurship started in Afghanistan. After an injury on deployment, the recovery process left me with nothing but time and a lot of survivor’s guilt. To rebuild a sense of purpose, I began volunteering at the Patton Museum at Fort Knox, giving historical tours. I didn’t realize it then, but that experience would change the entire trajectory of my life. It taught me that storytelling can heal, connect, and rebuild identity. Years later, when I moved to Nashville, I turned that realization into a business.
Nashville Adventures is now one of the fastest-growing independent tour companies in the city, known for immersive history experiences instead of gimmicks. We’ve served more than 15,000 guests, earned multiple tourism awards, and donate 1% of all revenue to veteran-related causes and local scholarship programs.
My story resonates with listeners because it intersects resilience, service, entrepreneurship, and purpose-driven business. I’m comfortable going deep about trauma, rebuilding identity, meaningful work, leadership lessons from the battlefield and the Peace Corps, scaling a bootstrapped company, or navigating Nashville’s evolving tourism landscape.
Podcast audiences get real, unfiltered insights on:
At the heart of it, my story is about building a second life after the military, finding a mission bigger than myself, and proving that purposeful businesses can thrive while giving back.
If your audience loves conversations about overcoming adversity, building authentic brands, leadership, history, impact, or meaningful entrepreneurship, I’m a strong fit and look forward to creating a powerful, engaging episode with you.

He explores how entrepreneurs can reframe setbacks, manage uncertainty, and make clear, values-aligned decisions under pressure—especially when outcomes are uncertain and stakes are high. Through real-world insight and practical wisdom, this discussion challenges listeners to evaluate not just what they do in business, but how and why they think the way they do. This episode serves as a powerful reminder that before markets are won and companies are built, the most important work happens internally—where mindset becomes the true competitive advantage.

Shayne Adler
Unlock sales with strategic compliance via frameworks and certifications.
Shayne Adler is the CEO of Aetos Data Consulting, where “strategic compliance” turns privacy, security, and AI governance into a sales advantage. She translates frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and the NIST AI RMF/ISO 42001 into simple playbooks that help teams ship faster, reduce risk, and win enterprise trust. Expect plain English, zero doom, and practical steps people can act on today.
Shayne brings an operator’s lens: what evidence buyers actually ask for, how to stand up lightweight but defensible controls, and where teams waste time on low-ROI tasks. Her take is forward-looking without the hype, and grounded in what moves pipeline.
Ideal for founder, product, security, and GTM audiences who want clear next steps, not alphabet soup. Topics include “compliance that closes deals,” trust centers that sell, AI governance without the drag, and how to align engineering, legal, and sales around proof.
