entry 8: still an open wound

talking is fine...but talking to other people? don’t even get me started with the anxietyYYy. this podcast is me treating it as the name i gave it, a diary.
being comfortable, sharing experiences, and voicing out my honest thoughts just like how you would do in your diary. it’s not usual for me to talk a lot so this podcast is great for you people to relate things with me, especially those who struggle to make conversations.
