We sit down with Mounia, a Child Sleep Consultant to talk all things sleep deprivation. Before having children, she worked long NHS night shifts supporting children with complex needs. She thought she understood exhaustion until her first baby woke up every single hour for over a year.

When health visitors and GPs couldn’t give her the support she needed, she decided to take matters into her own hands and became a sleep consultant, helping exhausted mums and babies sleep.
