Once again, here at EJR, we will be discussing environmental racism and associated injustices. This week we will discuss the role of the corporate lobbyists at ALEC aka the American Legislative Exchange Council. ALEC has been intimately involved in the creation and passage of multiple laws which criminalize protest and other protected 1st amendment activities. Many of these anti-protest laws focus on environmental protest.
