As we progress further into the holiday season, I decided to broacast a show that speaks to the incoming Trump administration and its very premeditated TYRANNY. So, "No Virignia, things will NOT go back to 'normal.' " I will be referencing various political philosophers, especially Timothy Snyder and his book--"On Tyranny." Those of you who have disowned various friends or even family members for their Trump support are not alone. We have your back. This is our main story.

I will also speak to our leaving Blogtalkradio, (or their new venture) for a new home at Podserve.fm. This will begin soon.

Note: the schism between Trump supporters and the rest of us who have maintained a sense of DECENCY AND COMPASSION is not about a difference in 'politics.' This is a difference in VALUES, IN MORALITY. Trump and his MAGA followers have elevated cruelty, ignorance and bigotry to new heights not seen since Hitler's Third Reich. I will NOT back down and I will NOT obey,

So, Trump is reelected. What next? One thing I will say, this is NOT the time to despair. This is NOT the time for fear. This IS the time to stand together against the shameful forces of bigotry that produced this sad result. A convicted felon who has proven to be a pathological liar, who uses Hitler's rhetoric and is showing signs of dementia will be given the nuclear weapon button. Trump and the GOP sold fascism and neo Nazism--and won. So, what next?

While Brett Meiselas of the Meidas Network is warning us to avoid nastiness, to avoid name calling, the Trumpers are LAUGHING. Those of us who have a sense of moral outrage, decency and compassion must bring back a sense of shame to the American public. We do NOT owe Trump voters ANYTHING. We do NOT owe them courtesy. We do NOT owe them 'civility.' We do NOT owe them friendship. We must ostracize these shameful bigots for the fascist wanna be's they have proven to be.

Sunday, I will run a show reviewing the sum total of Trump's crimes and how his enablers allowed this perversion of justice to occur.

 Donald Trump and his MAGA minions are foaming at the mouth over being called out as fascists. Tough. Donald Trump and MAGA ARE fascists. In fact, the fascism on display by the GOP of Trump has crossed over into Nazism. Now, before some of you cry foul, claiming this accusation is 'going too far', you need to understand what fascism is--and how Hitler rose in power. It didn't start with the camps. It started with Hitler amassing enough crooked lawyers willing to sign over their rights to a "unitary executive." Sound familiar? I will discuss this issue in some depth. 

I will also discuss Trump's call to violence and revenge. The true issue isn't merely Trump and his 'lieutenants' but why won't the legal profession fight this treasonous coup?

Mother Jones has done an extensive series on the growing threat of Christian nationalism. This show will discuss the THEOBROS, a group of self-proclaimed ministers who preach hatred. They hate women. They hate gays. They hate democracy. Their ultimate plan is to overthrow the Constitution and create a Christian theocratic state similar to Sharia law. Their leaders are surprisingly young. JD Vance is among their ranks. The beliefs of these theobros include virulent racism, misogyny and anti Semitism. They are in league with the resurgence of neo Nazis.  I will discuss in detail. 

One THEOBRO I will discuss in more depth is Russell Vought, one of the chief architects of Project 2025. These religious bigots want to strip women of their human rights--including the right to vote. This is not a drill or a joke. 

I will also discuss how Mayor Eric Adams made the specious claim that Trump isn't a fascist. Not only is this claim the work of a coward, but it demonstrates Adams' vast ignorance.

Just 2 days ago, federal Judge Tanya Chutkan released the files prepared by special prosecutor Jack Smith in the election interference/insurrection case. The file had been heavily redacted earlier, but this newly released file exposed previously redacted sections. In spite of the almost 1,900 pages of evidence against Trump, the 'mainstream' aka corporate media has largely ignored Trump's actions in this case, choosing to downplay this mountain of evidence. Now that would be enough, except corporate media seems to be working feverishly hard to protect their 'click-bait King'--Donald Trump. You see, clicks equate to advertising revenue--MONEY. Not only is corporate media ignoring the Jack Smith evidence, but they have ignored the 34 convictions against Trump in the 'hush money' case. Unfortunately, that's not all, as corporate media has been eagerly 'sanewashing' Trump's antics, his habitual 'word salad', and the displays of obvious dementia. This show is calling out corporate media as they act as propagandists for the fascists of the GOP.

JD Vance has enjoyed a suspiciously rapid rise to power. It is unbelievable that he achieved this level of success by his own merit. Rather, JD has been the water 'boy' for tech billionaires--especially Peter Thiel. Thiel is not only known in tech circles, but also in the pro-fascist movement determined to end democratic rule. Thiel has been the major force behind JD's rise, which makes Senator Vance a particular danger to our democratic experiment. This report will discuss how Thiel (among others), have engineered Vance's rise. That is part 1. Part 2 explores how Vance has earned a fortune through hedge funds.

Part 3 will cover how hedge funds work, and why they should be abolished. That will air next week.

JD Vance has had quite a month. He's managed to snag the VP spot, while busy pushing some of the oldest racist tropes in existence, aka the..."they're eating the dogs, they're eating the cats" in Springfield, Ohio. Since Vance admitted he lied about this claim, violence against Haitian immigrants and other people of color in Springfield has run rampant. Vance refuses to take any responsibility for his racist slur that has incited the threat of lynch mobs. The people of Springfield are fighting back, including the use of a little known law that allows the citizens to press criminal charges when the prosecutor refuses. They have filed such criminal charges against both Trump and Vance over the violence that has ensued since the GOP team pushed these racist lies. This is our big story. 

I will also discuss a sheriff in Portage County, Ohio who has incited violence against Harris supporters.

This is the episode that SHOULD have aired Sunday BlogTalk was having a breakdown. 

     Donald Trump was once again, the target of an assassination attempt near his golf course adjacent Mar-a-lago. The would be, hapless assailant was caught in a nano second. Of course, "Trump being Trump"--he had to whine about this near miss. Now, I don't condone violence. Period. That being said, Trump rapidly took advantage of this attempt, accusing democrats of 'inciting' violence. Frankly, the irony is too sharp to ignore. For 8 long years, Trump has routinely incited violence against minorities, democrats, and anyone he just didn't like--or anyone who failed to kiss his ring.This incitement used by Trump is called 'stochastic terrorrism." The January 6th insurrection was the most damning thus far--which Trump and his political lackeys clearly incited--and THEY have the gall to shriek foul! The attempted assailant by all reports thus far, looks like a crazy lone wolf and nothing more, and yet Trump's loyalists in Congress are accusing their democratic colleagues of 'stochastic terrorism.' The sense of white, Christian male entitlement is palpable in it's hypocrisy. I will discuss the true danger of Trump and his loyalists as they spread propagandistic lies about anyone they dislike. 

BTW, it is NOT incitement when journalists, politicians, and citizens report the TRUTH about how Trump has consistently used the rhetoric of Adolph Hitler--though thinly veiled in 21st century colloquialisms. 

Our second story deals with Project 2025's plans for a new monitoring function--namely the 'menstrual police,' as described by journalist Thom Hartmann. This is not satire. The plan is REAL.

Corporate media has been 'carrying water' for Trump. They have been soft peddling his incompetent and dangerous record, while criticizing democrats or progressives. Until recently, the corporate media has received a 'pass' for its complicity as it assists the march to fascism. Now, multiple independent news outlets are asking the question--why is corporate media giving Trump a pass? The answer is simple--profits. The news has become a profit making enterprise for the far right, in it's quest for click bait. This week's show will focus on why the news should be, (and remain), non-profit, or an acceptable loss for corporations. Once the news departments were under the control of the business managers--they ceased to be 'news.' Once Reagan discarded the fairness doctrine, corporate managers infamously stated that ..."news is what I say it is." We will examine the need for news to be non profit. 

We will also introduce a new feature titled: Dumb Donnie Trump's Festivus Airing of Grievances. Tailored after the Seinfeld farce, we will air some of Trump's most insane and stupid rants.

The election cheats, (which the corporate media benignly dub--election 'deniers'), are at it again. Determined to steal the POTUS election of 2024, they're not worried about actually winning the vote. They're not even trying to win. No, the plan is to plant rogue election officials in place ready to deny certification of the vote. Why are they doing this? Well, if the election results in everything from small rural districts to large cities are denied certification--the Electoral College cannot complete the election process. When the Electoral College is unable to complete its duties--the election results, (aka OUR VOTES), are tossed in the trash and the House of Representatives decides (or in this case--CORONATES)--the Donald. How could this happen? We are going to discuss this turn of events, who sponsored the plan, and how to dismantle this illegitimate coup machine.
