The election cheats, (which the corporate media benignly dub--election 'deniers'), are at it again. Determined to steal the POTUS election of 2024, they're not worried about actually winning the vote. They're not even trying to win. No, the plan is to plant rogue election officials in place ready to deny certification of the vote. Why are they doing this? Well, if the election results in everything from small rural districts to large cities are denied certification--the Electoral College cannot complete the election process. When the Electoral College is unable to complete its duties--the election results, (aka OUR VOTES), are tossed in the trash and the House of Representatives decides (or in this case--CORONATES)--the Donald. How could this happen? We are going to discuss this turn of events, who sponsored the plan, and how to dismantle this illegitimate coup machine.

Donnie the Destroyer is a new feature on PNN. In the middle of this political season where tensions are at astronomical levels, the need for levity and humor is strong. Now, I'm sure that Trump enthusiasts will not find this little ditty 'amusing,' but their sensitivities are unimportant.

Climate justice is a hot issue, especially as we experience global climate disasters on an exponential level. There is no dispute that the fossil fuel industry has caused this climate devastation, yet the criminal polluters evade any sort of meaningful legal punishment. Instead, the criminal polluters are paid off due to a series of moronic 'trade deals', beginning with the grand-daddy of trade deal treason--namely NAFTA. The polluters are being paid off with our taxpayers dollars thanks to a mechanism benignly known as ISDS or Investor-State-Dispute arbitration system. Make no mistake, this legal robbery was rubber stamped by both republicans AND democrats. This system makes a mockery of justice itself, and the survival of the planet is at stake. This is our big story.

Our first story is an interview conducted by Producer Emeritus Rick Spisak with noted academician Professor Wendy Lynn Lee.     

Our next story deals with the very real threat of violence coming from the Trump campaign, if their side loses the election. This is the "Trump Retribution Machine." Mainstream media treats these threats as the loony by-product of some mob of toothless, IQ challenged, inbred hillbilly reunion. It is not. Make no mistake, the violence witnessed for instance on January 6th, was implemented by such hillbillies along with some rather affluent professionals who love Trump's brand of neo Nazism. That being said, the Trump murder and retribution machine has been orchestrated and planned by Ivy League trained attorneys, high ranking military officers, billionaires, and corporate officers. One such operative is a former Green Beret named Ivan Raiklin, who has claimed the mantle of Trump's future 'Retribution Czar.' This retribution involves the premeditated plot to arrest and subsequently execute democratic office holders, liberals, and any minorities daring to get 'uppity.' This is not hyperbole. It is real.

There's a cowarldy 'whisper campaign' to undermine President Biden and its being led by democratic party leaders. It was hauled into high gear after the sad debate. Apparently the likes of Pelosi, Schumer, Hakeem Jeffries and others are worried about their own political skins and are blaming Biden for their failures. These are the same politicians that failed to stand up to Trumpism, failed to call major press conferences to denounce this growing fascism. Instead they issue lawyerly statements on their websites. These are the same politicians that refused to push Medicare for All, an increase in the minimum wage, and other dire fiscal needs. Rather than listen to the people, these cowards whined that they didn't have the votes, while doing NOTHING to fight for the votes. Now they're pushing this dirty 'whisper campaign' to label Biden as in 'cognitive decline.' Even George Clooney got in the mess, writing a sad little editorial that was published in the New York Times. (Make no mistake, this horrible letter was only published in the NYT because Clooney is a celebrity. So, I did some digging and discovered their lies. Come listen to the show.

In the past several hours, the story broke that Donald Trump was shot at a campaign even in Butler, Pennsylvania. The shooter was promptly killed by the Secret Service detail protecting Trump. Contrary to the MAGA propaganda machine, the shooter WAS NOT a person of color, a member of the LGBTQ community, a liberal, or any other target MAGA has had in their sights. The shooter was a WHITE MALE who was also a REGISTERED REPUBLICAN. Of course, there are appeals to stop the "violent rhetoric" but where were these appeals when MAGA used that same "violent rhetoric" (sometimes thinly disguised as 'jokes); when MAGA threatened the rest of us? In fact, Trump himself has incited violence for years, albeit also as a sick set of jokes, anecdotes, and dog whistle coded language. The message was clear, MAGA has been instructed to hunt, hurt and if they like--murder minorities, (again couched with the 'just joking' and dog whistle language). 

This show will review a partial history of "violent rhetoric" employed by MAGA, including Trump's speech at the January 6th Insurrection rally.

This 4th of July, I will discuss how MAGA Scotus (aka Supreme Court) is single handedly destroying the last shreds of our democracy--already on life support. I will discuss multiple decisions handed down before their recess, which have a dire impact on our lives and our right to self govern. These MAGA Supreme Court Justices have elevated the nutty theory of 'originalism' to a theology of the warped and corporate.

This week I will discuss how the Supreme Court or SCOTUS has manufactured an unecessary delay in the "presidential absolute immunity" case. In truth, this case should have been LAUGHED out of court. It is the very personification of a 'frivolous' case, yet the Supremes took this asinine case. I will make the case for disbarring the attorneys who brought this ludicrous argument. Reading from a piece I published earlier in NewsBreak, Nation of Change and Eurasia Review, I will describe the danger of this argument. Not only should Trump's legal team face discipline, but so should conservatives on the court for granting any modicum of purchased 'legitimacy' for this garbage argument engineered to create a presidential dictatorship. 

Ironically, I will be attending a debate at the St. Louis branch of the Federalist Society featuring the candidates for the Missouri Attorney General's race. One of the Republican candidates is also a member of the Trump legal team making the 'absolute immunity' bromide--Will Scharf. I will be reporting on that debate later in the week.

This week on EJR, I will discuss the enormous amount of taxpayer money going to fossil fuel companies in the form of subsidies. Reporting will include a study by the prominent medical journal, The Lancet, which will make the case for ending this taxpayer welfare to fossil fuel welfare mommas. Authors at The Lancet explain how these subsidies could be used to fund universal health coverage for all.

ProPublica published an in depth investigation into the financial benefits received by multiple witnesses testifying on Trump's behalf. These financial gains were dispensed by either the Trump campaign and/or a host of Trump businesses. So far, no other outlet has reported on this alleged organized witness tampering, except ProPublica. This silence from other media is part of a complicit pattern. Whether its labeling the espionage charges Trump faces for possessing top secret documents beyond his presidency--a "documents" case--or sitting back as other GOP politicians tell asinine lies that are left unchallenged by corporate journalists; the pattern of media complicity has granted Trump undeserved cover. I will discuss.
