Mistakes happen all the time. Because of social media, mass media, and podcasts, we have a set encyclopedia that can show us not just who continually makes mistakes but the character they have and the character that shows up in different environments. Key #1 that can help us have more success: The mistakes that others make are tools that can help us if we look at them from different perspectives (this takes a lot of emotional intelligence and self-awareness)...this goes for our mistakes as well.

Key #2: Start to pay attention to the different environments that you're in and at what time you are in those environments. How often are their mistakes being made by you and others based on the environments (time, people, places, etc.)....and take notes!
