Michael J. Critelli, has been a Fortune 500 leader for Pitney Bowes, a serial entrepreneur, and a member of multiple non-profit and for-profit fiduciary and advisory Boards, including a 22 ½ year tenure as an Eaton Corporation Board member.

Michael led Pitney Bowes through a significant reduction in fossil fuel energy usage by the company and its customers and won numerous awards for leadership development, diversity and inclusion, adherence to ethical standards, commitment to communities, and world-class health programs. He led a successful company-wide effort to achieve “zero discharge” status for Pitney Bowes operations. He chaired a public-private partnership to lead Connecticut’s efforts to outperform air pollution targets set forth in the 1990 federal Clean Air Amendments.

Since retiring from Pitney Bowes, Michael has been focused on building cultures of health and wellbeing in organizations, communities, and families and on sustainable regenerative agriculture.
