If you want to read the EOs, you can go to https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/ and look there. If this doesn't work for you, follow these steps:

[1] Go to https://www.whitehouse.gov and click on the two lines in the upper left hand corner.

[2] Click on "News" and then on "Presidential Actions".
