Through Shifting The Spotlight our endeavour is to bring forward the stories of the people who work behind the scenes in the film industry. Whose names we might have come across while the end credits roll, but we seldom know anything about them or their work. These include assistant directors, make up artists, publicists, spot dada and a lot more.

We shall do a deep dive into their journey through fun anecdotes, about what happens on a film set to the day to day life back in the office. Our aim is to understand their "9 to 5" and hopefully gain some insights for those who aspire to enter the world of Bollywood.

I am Sagar, I work as the Marketing Manager in this industry and with me is my partner-in-crime, Sudarshan, who is a writer, and together we're brewing a season full of fun guests and their stories. A new episode will drop every week, so sit back, relax and enjoy!
