Guilt is the number one enemy that prevents you from acting. In a nutshell, it is a terrible feeling that you feel after you have or have not done a certain action that violates with your internal beliefs and values. What’s very important to outline is that guilt is not just a sad feeling but it is what prevents you from actioning and it can turn into a violation of your well-being too. Just like any other feeling, guilt comes in different forms and one of the most dangerous of them all is self-eating or self-destruction, which prevents you from accomplishing what you are going after.
I want to share this episode with you to inspire, motivate and remind you that guilt is a self-blocker that controls your mind, emotions and prevents you from actioning towards either achieving what you are after or from fixing what you didn’t intend to do.
