The push to have a Big Why driving your biz is very pervasive. And like most pervasive ideas or 'conventions', it's rarely questioned. 

But coming up with a Why (your grand, altruistic mission) when first starting out in biz, can back you into a corner. 

Moreover, it can heap a goodly dose of guilt onto your tired shoulders. 

In this ep, I discuss the struggle I had with the Why when I was first starting out and how it made me feel, well, a bit shit!

Like everything else in biz, it's okay if you take the Why question slowly. Truth is, no-one's watching. No-one's grading you. No-one is judging you if you can't nail this straight out of the gate.
