After becoming the #1 salesperson for a small independent company he decided to join a RE/MAX franchise in 2005. He quickly became the #1 agent at that franchise and just continued to develop his skills. By 2016 he became the #1 RE/MAX Agent in transactions for Massachusetts. He quickly realized he needed to create a team solution to properly service his past, present and future clients.
In 2018, The Scott Botelho Home Selling Team was built to ensure the client experience he is known for would NEVER be compromised because of the increased demand for his real estate services. He has created a team of talented and highly efficient agents completely focused on delivering A+ customer service for EVERY client! Their success is driven by the consumer, and their goal is to provide fast, accurate and professional service 100% of the time. Within two short years and just a handful of agents, The Scott Botelho Home Selling Team became the #3 RE/MAX Team for transactions in all of Massachusetts. Following his success with a Team he decided it was time to open his own brokerage, Home and Key Real Estate which he launched in 2020.
