In this episode you will learn from an employee who was allowing her personal life struggles to impact her actions at work and erode her leadership ability, one who was not prepared for support from my training team, and one who ignored the requests from her boss. 

This week focus on: 

1. Tell it like it is - with respect and compassion.

2. If you aren't happy in your personal life, do one thing to move you closer to your personal goals. Don't take out your frustrations on your coworkers. 

3. Be prepared for your success: social media readiness, updated resume, email responsiveness, etc. - if your next opportunity showed itself tomorrow, are you ready to say "YES!" ?

4. Study your work space. What messages are you sending through the posters, post-its, pictures, desk top (computer and desk)? Is it time for an update?
