Nora Crosthwaite spent years in the IT software development world, and finally exited to do something meaningful and make a positive impact on the lives of people around me. With no experience in sales, marketing, or real estate, I became a residential REALTOR® in the bustling market of Des Moines, Iowa, helping people get to the right house for their story. 

After working in the real estate field, Nora also realized there was a need for assisting sellers to prepare their homes for sale. She knows that when a home has been professionally staged, the buyers' entire attitude changes (for the better). It took Nora a few years to get into the groove with staging every home I list, especially the ones where the homeowner will be living in it until the sale. Staging a vacant home is easy; just bring in the furniture and arrange it! Staging an occupied home...that's actually a little more difficult, as the sellers have to know what to stow away, and what to keep out to make the home as appealing as possible.
