In this weeks episode I wanted to go over a request I got about why some leaders don't empower their subordinates. Their are a variety of leaders and managers that don't want to empower their people. Some might be micromanagers, some might perfectionist. I take a deep dive into my experience as well as giving some expertise of my own on how to handle and even improve in these situations.
