Rainy Day Podcast! Weston and I spent our Thursday weathering a summer thunderstorm and talking about how intention drives behavior. While I was running, I was thinking about what to discuss on this week's episode of More Than Creative, The Podcast, when a woman ran by me, pushing a stroller, and on the back of her shirt, it said “Intention Drives Behavior” – I didn't need to think anymore! 

Weston and I talk about intention driving behavior and how I’ve seen it affect my work when starting More Than Creative, and we discuss why it's important to set goals, understand visions, and have clear intentions for our business endeavors – and most importantly, ourselves.
