I had the honor and privilege to interview Paul Potter. I first met Paul earlier this year at CSM 2015. He contacted me about meeting in person and being a guest on his podcast. Right off the bat, I knew Paul was genuinely interested in helping others. He is one of those people who has been in “the game” (the physical therapy one) for a long time and doesn’t seem at all salty or disillusioned about the profession or our future.

Paul is a physical therapist and mentor who lives in Nebraska with his wife, who is also a therapist. They have four daughters. For more than 35 years he successfully managed his own private practice with a cash-based medical fitness program. He authored both On Fire: Ignite Your Passion with a Cash Therapy Practice and Cash Therapy Practice: Professional Freedom in the New Healthcare Economy. He helps therapists fulfill their calling and create their own dream practice at his website and his Functional Freedom podcast.
