All In One Breath

Ep #01: Forests are Born to Burn, and So Are We

Listen Later

This is an audio narration of a written post published for the All In One Breath newsletter on Substack. Be sure to take a scroll through the post itself here to check out the accompanying photos, videos and visuals I keep referring to throughout 😉

The following is a drive-by account of the story of Grumble Farm, a brand and global pug-loving community I built over the course of the past decade. It leaves out so many important details (lest this post be 84 years long), but the full story will come in time.

The point of this story is actually to reveal Gritty & Gracious’ new visual brand to set the scene for this new space here on Substack. Since it was birthed from the ashes of Grumble Farm’s slow and natural demise, I figured it’d be best to start from the beginning.

To my original Grumble Farm-ily, who make up the majority of my subscribers as we begin this new journey together, once again—thank you for stickin’ with me through the burn. ❤️💙🧡

The All In One Breath newsletter and podcast is technically free, while deeply rooted in a philosophy of reciprocal abundance that aims to foster a cyclical relationship of giving and receiving.

If you find any of my work here on Substack to be of value in your life & on your personal healing & rewilding journey, I openly and gratefully accept tips, donations, and monetary gifts-in-kind via Ko-fi, Paypal.me, and e-transfers in Canada ([email protected]). You can also support my work and join my inner circle by becoming a Patron on Patreon.

Contributions of any amount serve as positive affirmations of the time and effort that goes into researching, writing, recording, filming, photographing, voicing, editing, formatting, and sharing these newsletters with the world, without the need to rely on intrusive and mis-aligned methods of monetizing your attention, such as affiliate marketing or advertising.

I love to loudly sing the praises of anyone who supports my content online from the surrounding Kootenay mountaintops, so be prepared (unless you’d prefer to remain anonymous!)
