Following two new research initiatives from the Design team, Usability Testing Day (UT Day) and Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) session with our users who live in the rural part of Indonesia which can be observed by everyone in the company through a livestream, our host Nea (Senior Content Specialist) asked Nav (Head of Design) and Saloni (Design Research Manager) about why is it important for everyone at Jiva to be able to access the design team's research process, and more importantly, to get to know our users. Nav and Saloni shared about when research can be painful and how we can take the pain out of research so that we can understand our users better and design better services for them.
