Mondays, just like any days, should be used to get out of your comfort zone, to conquer new heights, to go on new adventures, to do new things, to discover new places and many more. If Mondays are perceived as not suitable days to do something new, then you waste almost 2 months of doing nothing and falling into boring routine.
I want to challenge you to perceive each Monday as the day to do something new. Every Monday, I want you to do something out of your comfort zone, out of your tight schedule, out of your boring routine. It can be big as signing up for a new course to master your skills or go to a new place you’ve never been. It can also be as small as trying out latte for the first time.
From now on, there are happy Mondays that we will use as exciting, adventurous and exploring days! Let’s do this.
