The path from successful solo agent to Team Leader is exciting, challenging, motivating and sometimes...bumpy. It’s not easy to hand over parts of your business to someone else or to trust someone else with your clients. On top of that, a new Team Leader has to lead, manage, delegate, and mentor. It can feel overwhelming.
