it’s incredibly vital to forgive and to be forgiven for things that we did, others did and everything else that left bad feeling afterwards. Anyone who has been hurt at least one time knows how difficult it is to control this feeling. What do we feel when we are hurt? We feel anger, shame, weakness, hate, limits and many more. Forgiveness is possible and most important, it is very vital for your mental health, well-being and future success.
You’ve got to forgive yourself and those who treated you unfairly. In fact, with difficulties, challenges and unfair situations, you developed thick skin, became independent, faced difficulties, unleashed the inside warrior and fought back. Your responses to each of these kinds of situations, made you the person who you are today.
I know how it feels when you are unappreciated. I know exactly how it feels when nobody is around especially when you are doing your best. But you can’t expect to move on, make success and shine with happiness from the inside if you are draining in anger, hate, unfairness.
Don’t cover yourself in anger. Forgive yourself, forgive those who hurt you, say sorry to those you’ve hurt. Forgive, unleash your inner strength and grant yourself with freedom, peace and happiness.
