I keep telling myself that I should shift from focusing less on me in these podcasts. But, you should all know by now, that I love to talk! In all seriousness though, the reason why I like sharing my stories about battling anxiety with you is because anxiety can make someone feel very isolated. It can make you feel like you're the only one crazy enough to take great opportunities and blow them up completely.

And this episode will show you how NOT true that is. At the end of 2017, I took a perfectly fantastic opportunity to be a podcast guest on On Air With Ella and totally self sabotaged that opportunity. 

More importantly, I walk you through what I did once I dug a little deeper to understand why I did what I did. 

Losing or lacking control is every anxious person's nightmare. The cool thing about life is you can find ways to take control - it's a little unorthodox and takes a little effort. But, the end result was worth it.
