Quick Chat #12 from the Slow Coach Project.

Last night we had the first SCP group coaching call. It was magical. I loved hearing everyone’s stories and leaning into where they’re at and how they’re feeling. Coaching is such a profound experience and I’m so grateful to everyone who came along and shared so generously.

Working on some lesson recordings, today (video), as well as nutting out the launch schedule and email sequence for this new e-course, Rewriting Fiction. When it comes to launching an e-course, I just choose a ‘cart open’ date and work backwards from there, figuring out which sales emails to send and when (aka the email sequence). This used to be something of a head wreck for me but it’s kind of second nature these days. Which just goes to show that experience (and repetition) really is our best teacher!
