Nance L. Schick is an employment attorney, ethno-religious mediator, conflict resolution coach, diversity trainer, and author. Her approach to working with clients is unique as she proactively helps managers and small business owners stay out of court by building their conflict resolution skills. The result leads to everyone in the workplace having a better work experience.

She created the Third Ear Conflict Resolution process to help participants have productive conversations about explosive topics such as gender, race, religion, and disability. She also facilitates discussions privately in mediation, negotiation, and coaching sessions.
