I look at jealousy as an INDICATOR – a surface emotion that is hiding something bigger underneath it.  Often, the moment we feel the sensation that we have labeled as jealous, we stop - the fear of feeling the discomfort keeping us stuck in old patterns.  

I’ll give you several steps to begin exploring what might be underneath your jealousy. This will support you in deeper healing and will ultimately give you the opportunity to deepen your relationships with others.
