Robert Foley is a former Navy Seal who joined the Seal Teams in 1973 who trained under legendary Navy Seal Commander Richard Marcinko. Between June 1974 and June 1975 he was exposed to ultra-high voltage non-ionizing radiation from non-detonated atomic bombs.
