Christopher Babayode is an advocate and thought leader in travel wellness and healthy jetlag solutions. After training as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, Chris spent 20 years as a flight attendant, flying over 100,000 miles per annum for British Airways PLC. He took on the role of Wellbeing and Inclusions Advisor for the Inflight Customer Experience Department while running his own travel wellness clinic for airline crew.
In his book, Farewell Jetlag-Cures from a Flight Attendant, Chris describes his six-step system to help people overcome jet lag, so they stay healthy and productive. Chris is a Healthcare consultant and Life Coach who contributes to Corporate Wellness Magazine, the UK Sunday Telegraph and has partnered with Maiden Voyage and EasyJet.
