This weeks episode is with the lovely, Chloe de Winter, the founder of GoChlo Pilates.

Chloe is a physiotherapist, Pilates instructor and the founder of an online Pilates platform called GoChlo Pilates.

We spoke about how she shifted from sharing videos on YouTube to creating an entire, purpose-built platform to share her content on. The craziness of COVID hitting while on holiday, being locked out of America and leaving behind a life she and her partner were creating there.

She also touched on some of the business hurdles she's overcome, the importance of community and picking yourself up when things don't go to plan.
