Just six years ago Stacy Raske was at rock bottom. This decorated Iraq war veteran was 100 pounds overweight, suffering from PTSD, war injuries, chronic conditions, depression and anxiety. She self-medicated until she had enough.
She sought help, first from her trauma therapist and then by learning and recognizing that the only thing she can control is herself. She disempowered the need to control perfectionism, procrastination, judgment, and more.
Stacy immersed herself in self-mastery programs and today is thriving as a bestselling author, life and health coach, speaker, and podcast host. She has been featured in Authority Magazine and Business Insider, and eagerly shares her toolkit to help others embody their highest potential.
In our conversation, we discuss:
· Recognizing self-sabotage.
· The case for not journaling.
· Control freaks bring on extra pressure.
· The negativity of the word Hope.
· Self-managing and learning to adapt.
· Resources from Stacy’s book.
