Sandy is a pro-aging advocate and founder of WB40, a platform that supports women in their forties and beyond.

After growing increasingly frustrated by the lack of representation of women beyond the age of forty in mainstream media, Sandy started writing a blog in 2013, which became a podcast in 2019 and in 2020, she launched the WB40 website and printed the first edition of her magazine.
