Adam Katz Sinding (AKS) is a Copenhagen-based photographer who has shot for the likes of Tom Ford, Givenchy, Rick Owens, Louis Vuitton, and Vogue.

He’s published two books of his photography. His first book This is Not a F*cking Street Style Book featured a curated collection of some of his best images, taken both backstage at the shows and of the style-setters on the streets.

His second book, Live from F*cking Everywhere, explores culture and landmarks as he travels through over 35 countries across the globe, capturing beautiful photos along the way.

More importantly, Adam is a serious endurance athlete. So, of course, in true Nikki and Chad style, they spend most of the chatting about bikes and running.

We go deep on Adam’s insane long-distance rides, committing to never back-tracking, even if it means contracting hepatitis. Adam’s a big cat guy, so Nikki tried to help him figure out the perfect breed to fit his travel-heavy lifestyle.
