Randy Lawrence started his career as a traditional wealth manager, but quickly learned that real estate was a better investment. He made a personal investment and willingly accepted helped from a mentor. Today, his company, Prosperity Capital Partners, has $175 million in assets under management. He primarily focuses in apartment complexes and has flipped about 1,000 houses in the last 18 years. Randy is on track to double his holdings in the next three years.

Randy works with other investors and enjoys sharing and educating others, especially through his podcast, The Real Estate Preacher.
