In this episode I interview Jehna, the founder of an accountability health coaching program called the emBODY Method, and Simply Well, a health center located in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Jehna helps women make a sustainable lifestyle shift through several healing methods such as holistic nutrition, pilates, spiritual practices and more.

In this episode Jehna discusses what sparked her passion for wellness and her own healing journey. We also talk in depth about her entrepreneurial journey of how she started a juice bar while in university and then opening up a physical location in her early twenties to then working with a team of practitioners under her. Jehna also shares the benefits of following a plant based lifestyle and simple changes people can make to their diet that will improve many underlying health conditions and reduce inflammation.
