Let's stop allowing any and everything to make itself a priority in our lives when we are neglecting one of the things that should be a huge priority…..ourselves. It is so easy to get caught up in the idea that you have to say yes to almost everything that is presented to you, even if that means you don't ever get time to focus on yourself.
