Today I am going to dive into the art of non attachment or detachment. So often when we are dependant on someone or something or some feeling, we really give away our power and our freedom.

  • Learning to find happiness within yourself that isn't always attached to someone, some thing, or some event.
  • How to stop basing our worth on our possessions, or our partners, and start basing our worth on ourselves as an individual.
